You must not sublease the equipment, use it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent, or operate it in a manner that violates any applicable safety guidelines. Any damage or loss due to misuse or negligence may result in additional charges as set out in your rental agreement.
10. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be set out in your individual booking or rental agreement. In general, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your reservation. Depending on the timing of your cancellation, a fee may apply; details will be provided at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule rentals in the event of severe weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control, in which case we will work with you to find an alternative date or provide a refund in accordance with our stated policies.

Any claim or dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion may be subject to further resolution as agreed in your rental or purchase agreement. If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or other authority of competent jurisdiction, that part shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of one provision shall not affect the validity of any other provision of this agreement.
